City Carton Recycling is searching for Regional Sales Managers to be based in our Cedar Rapids and Cedar Falls locations.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for outside sales through the development of recycling programs for existing and potential customers; development of confidential material handling and recycling programs; and equipment sales. This position will generate new customers, new products to recycle, and new equipment sales for City Carton Recycling. Requirements include Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sales); or Associate Degree with one to two years related sales and marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; recycling or solid waste industry experience is a plus. Working knowledge of computer software applications, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver superior customer service is required.
